As a former college athlete, I approach the counseling process from a place of lived experience, not just theory. There is so much more to performance related concerns than just the outcome, but often times, the process and identity work is what needs the focus. If you seek out services just to “win” more, I won’t be the right fit for you. Improved performance is often a side effect of deep work.
